In Settings → Appearance and public profile the owner or an admin sets how the clinic looks to patients. Other roles see the settings read-only. Everything is optional.
Logo
- Click Upload logo and pick a PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG file (up to 10 MB).
- The preview shows the logo on a light and a dark background, in the booking page header, in an e-mail and in a PDF. Confirm with Upload.
- The file is scanned for malware and sizes for the web, e-mails and PDF are prepared. This usually takes a few seconds; the logo is then published automatically.
A horizontal logo with a transparent background, at least 400 px wide, works best. Transparent margins are trimmed automatically. File metadata (author, location, software) is not kept and SVG is converted to an image before upload – scripts in it never run.
The logo appears on the booking page, in the widget on your website, in the patient account, on the pages for managing a booking, paying and confirming attendance, in e-mails to patients and on newly issued invoices and gift vouchers. Documents already issued do not change.
Replace logo publishes the new logo once it passes the check; until then the old one stays. Remove logo brings back the monogram – the initials of the clinic name in the clinic colour.
Colour
The accent colour is used for buttons and highlights on the booking page and in the widget and for the band on gift vouchers. If the colour would be hard to read, the page uses a darker shade – the preview shows which one and its contrast. In dark mode (booking page and patient account according to the patient's settings, the widget according to your website) the colour is lightened instead so it stays readable on the dark background; the logo sits on a light plate there.
Public contact and description
The reception phone and e-mail, the clinic website and a short description (Czech, optionally English) are shown to patients on the booking page and in the patient account. Enter only details you want to publish.
