The Settings → Embed on website screen prepares code to put on your own website. Owner and admin see it.

Steps

  1. Choose the form: a button or an embedded booking form; optionally preselect a service or therapist.
  2. Copy the code and paste it into your site following the guide for your system (WordPress, Wix, Webnode, Webflow, Squarespace or plain HTML).
  3. Enter the page address and choose Verify embedding – FyzioPlan checks the widget is on the page and the site does not block it.

WordPress plugin

On a WordPress site you can use the FyzioPlan – online rezervace plugin instead of copying code:

  1. On the WordPress plugin tab, download the plugin (ZIP file).
  2. In WordPress choose Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, select the ZIP, install and activate it.
  3. In Settings → FyzioPlan enter the clinic address (shown on the tab) and save.
  4. Add the FyzioPlan booking block to a page, or the shortcode from the tab – it preselects a service, therapist or location according to the generator options.
  5. Publish the page and check it with Verify embedding.

The plugin uses no cookies and no tracking; on a page with booking it only loads the FyzioPlan widget.

QR code

The QR code leads to the clinic booking page; print it for the front desk or business cards.

Logo in the widget

The widget shows the clinic logo – the image loads from FyzioPlan storage (the same address as the booking API). If your site has a security policy (CSP), allow this address in img-src as well; otherwise the widget shows the clinic initials instead of the logo.
