Two plans by practice size. Solo is for one therapist at CZK 490. Clinic has a base fee of CZK 690 and every therapist is charged including the first, so CZK 980 with one therapist. All prices are per month excl. VAT.

Good to know
- For one therapist Solo is cheaper (CZK 490); Clinic is for practices with several therapists in the calendar.
- Annual billing comes with a 20% discount.
- After sign-up you get a 30-day trial.
- A therapist counts if they have a calendar profile (can be booked) on the invoice date. Reception and accountants are free.
- VAT is added at the applicable rate.
- If the subscription is unpaid, records, payments and data export keep working; only new appointments and online booking are restricted.

How do I move my data from another system?
You import patients and visits yourself from CSV or Excel, which most systems can export. The app shows a precise overview of rejected rows and the whole import can be undone. We will help you with a transfer from another system – write to us.
What is the contract and how do I cancel?
You accept the terms of service and the data processing agreement when signing up; the DPA is included in the price. The first 30 days are a trial. You cancel the subscription yourself in the app (Settings → Subscription and contracts) at the end of the paid period. Exporting all practice data always works, even if the subscription is unpaid.
Where is the data stored?
Only in data centres in the European Union. Each practice sees only its own data; birth numbers, insurance numbers and contacts from online bookings are encrypted. Details are on the Security page.
How much does it cost?
The Solo plan for one therapist costs CZK 490 per month. The Clinic plan has a base fee of CZK 690 plus CZK 290 per therapist, so CZK 980 per month with one therapist. Prices exclude VAT; annual billing comes with a 20% discount.
Does FyzioPlan work in Slovakia?
Yes. You choose the practice country at sign-up. A Slovak practice gets the app, booking and documents in Slovak, prices and payments in euros, PAY by square QR payments and matching with Slovak bank statements.
Can FyzioPlan bill health insurers?
No. FyzioPlan is for private practices and self-paying patients; billing health insurers is not planned for now. You can still keep track of referrals and their deadlines.
