In short: this website tracks nothing and has a single form (booking a demo). This page covers the website only; patient data in the app is processed by the practice as controller – see the Security page.
No cookies
This website stores no cookies or other data (local storage etc.) in your browser.
No analytics or tracking
We use no analytics tools, ad pixels, maps, videos or third-party fonts. Pages only load files from our own domain.
One form: Book a demo
The website has a single form, “Book a demo”. You enter your first name, last name, e-mail, phone and optionally the practice name, number of therapists and a message. The purpose is to arrange a FyzioPlan demo with you and reply to you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and the controller’s legitimate interest in handling enquiries (and your consent, which you confirm in the form). The data is sent by e-mail to the operator’s mailbox; the website does not store it in any database or log. The recommended retention period is 12 months after the last contact, after which the message is deleted from the mailbox. Processors are the website hosting provider (Vercel) and the e-mail provider (Webglobe). Please do not enter patient data in the form. If you e-mail us, we use your address and message only to reply.
Hosting logs
The hosting provider may briefly process technical data (IP address, time and URL of the request) needed to deliver the page and protect against attacks.
