The owner can download all clinic data at any time – for an archive or when moving to another system.

Steps

  1. Open Settings → Data export and choose Request export.
  2. The export is prepared in the background; depending on the clinic's size it takes minutes to tens of minutes.
  3. Download the finished export from the link in the list. The link is short-lived and only for you.

What the export contains

Patients, appointments, records with all versions (also as PDF), payments, invoices, consents and clinic settings. It never contains data of other clinics.
