A pass is a prepaid bundle of visits or an amount; a gift card is a value anyone can redeem.
Pass templates
In Settings → Passes, create a template: which services it covers, how many visits or what amount it contains and how long it is valid.
Selling and redeeming
- On the patient card → Passes, choose Sell a pass.
- When paying for a visit, choose the pass method; the redemption is deducted.
- A pass cannot be overdrawn or used after it expires.
Gift cards
In Payments → Gift cards and passes, choose Issue a gift voucher:
- Choose the type: monetary value (can be used gradually) or for a service (worth the service price, one visit).
- Choose the payment: cash, card, transfer received, or bank transfer (QR, awaiting payment) – the voucher then becomes valid only once paid: the payment is matched from the bank statement by the variable symbol, or you record it with Paid.
- The code is shown only once; print the voucher, download it as a PDF (with a QR code and, when unpaid, a QR payment) or e-mail it to the buyer.
Patients enter the code when booking online (Details step → Check voucher): the price is reduced, the deposit shrinks or disappears and a booking fully covered by the voucher is confirmed without further payment. Rejection, cancellation and expiry of the booking return the amount to the voucher. The voucher can also be used when paying at the reception.
