FyzioPlan helps you meet your duties as a data controller: the patient receives the privacy notice, consents are recorded with version and time, and every opening of a card is written to the audit log.
Clinic settings
In Settings → GDPR, fill in the controller details, contact and retention period. They generate the privacy notice in Czech and English; every change creates a new version of the document.
Consents on the patient card
- The Consents tab shows valid consents and their history.
- A missing consent is clearly flagged on the card.
- Send by e-mail sends the patient the privacy notice; the dispatch is logged. Record a paper handover with Record delivery.
Access and the right of access
The Access log tab on the card shows who opened the card or a record and when. The overview can be exported for a patient who asks for it.
