The exercise library belongs to the clinic: every exercise has a title, description and method, body areas, tags, default parameters and photos or short videos. From the library you build a home exercise program on the patient card and send it to the patient.

Library

  1. Open Exercises and choose New exercise.
  2. Fill in the title, description and method, body areas and default sets, repetitions, hold and frequency.
  3. After saving, add photos (JPEG, PNG, WebP up to 20 MB) or short videos (MP4, WebM up to 50 MB). Every file first passes an antivirus check (Being checked) and is shown only then.
  4. A YouTube or Vimeo link is optional; the patient sees it only as a link to an external site.

Archive an exercise you no longer use – it disappears from the picker, patient programs stay unchanged.

Patient program

  1. On the patient card open the Exercise tab (from a record via Exercises for the patient) and choose New program.
  2. Add from library – tick exercises and add them at once; parameters are prefilled from the library and you can adjust them and add a note for each exercise.
  3. Photo from therapy – on a phone this opens the camera. The photo is downscaled, its location data removed and it is stored in the patient's files.
  4. Send to patient – the patient receives an e-mail with a secure link (valid for 30 days). They see the exercises, photos and videos only after entering a one-time code from the e-mail or SMS.

Sent links are listed with the program including the number of views; a link can be revoked at any time. The link shows the current state of the program.

Patient account: a patient with a linked account sees the active programme in the account directly (no link needed), ticks off exercised days, records pain 0–10 before and after exercising with a note and sets e-mail reminders. Set Valid from / until and days per week on the programme; the record shows whether the patient sees it in the account. Exercise progress shows adherence in %, the streak, a pain chart and the patient's notes – visible to the owner, admins and the therapist treating the patient.
